Cancellation and Refund Policies

Appointment Cancellation Policy:

We know things come up in life, as it does in our own. As therapists, we work on commission and run very tight schedules. We do ask that if you are feeling ill or fear you may have come in contact with someone sick, please call to reschedule your appointment, as soon as possible. We also ask that you be considerate of our schedules and where possible provide us with at least a 72-hour cancellation notice. A 100% fee of the scheduled service(s) will be charged to the credit card or gift certificate on file if less than a 24hr cancellation notice is given. If the fee unable to be collected, future appointments will not be allowed until the prior no-show fee has been paid.

Gift Certificate Purchase Policy:

Interested when purchasing a Gift Certificate with us? Please note that our Gift Certificates are non-refundable. They may be transferred to another individual but may not be refunded. 

Retail Product Purchase Policy:

There is a 7-day refund policy in effect for unopened retail product returns. A 100% refund will be given to the original form of payment when returned, unopened, within a 7-day time period from purchase date. After 7 days and/or if the product has been opened, a 50% refund will be returned to the purchasing card. After 30-days the products may not be accepted for return or refunded.

February Reiki Share

Once a month, we meet at the spa and share Reiki energy healing with each other. We welcome those who have no experience and want to learn more about it. It is a free event, but small monetary donations will be gratefully accepted either for current charitable organizations, or to put towards future events.
